I went camping with the boys over the weekend.  We decided to head into Tooele for lunch on Friday, and I ran from Clover Spring to the end of the SR 199.  No Ipod, so it was boring, other than the redneck dogs that wanted to tear me apart in Rush Valley.  8.5 miles is too long to run with no beverages.
