1.5 mile warmup, then 3 @ 7:00 pace with .5 recovery, 1.5 mile cooldown, all to the stylings of Jack Bauer.  Halfway in I noticed the incline was at 2.  This was a groovy workout;  definitely more interesting than the usual 7 mile slog on the treadmill.

The snow is melting.  I should be able to get in some killer cross training with my leaf rake by the weekend.  Driving to work in the light was great this morning.  I love the end of DST.

Nice workout, Kam. A few efforts always break up the run. Don't fancy the killer cross training you have planned for the w/e; I find the leaves keep coming back after you've cleared them - better to let the wind blow them up the road and into a neighbour's garden. If only the old lady would let me do that.

I'm sort of dreading it too, but at least it's with my boys, and the pay is pretty good.

Wow, that is really good. Nice work.
