At 6 a.m. it was 61 degrees. I grabbed the bills and ran them to the post office, then came back to the soccer field for some wet grass barefoot running. When I got home, Jack was awake. He joined the world yesterday afternoon; he's alert, more responsive, and his behaviors seem more purposeful and less instinctive only. Be assured, I hate being at work instead of home going googley-eyed over that boy. |
