Morning treadmill. I want to get to a 36 hour interval running. I'm back, using FRB as an accountability partner, and let's not forget the awesome shoe mileage tracker. Who knows, maybe I'll run in to allie or something. It's been a long time since a person not my child cracked a Teen Girl Squad joke.
I am registered for Huntsville full in September. That's 5 months out. I am where I am, fitness wise, and that's with a weak-a$$ base of 15mpw for the last three or four months. I'm pretty sure that's not enough, but, whatever. Few things in life are ever ideal. I'll shoot for a 10+ run this weekend and see how I feel. Until I have more of that feedback, I can't determine if I'm going to run that full, or slide into the half.
