Another treadmill 10k.  I don't know when I arbitrarily decided that runs under 6.2 miles were not worth doing.  2 @ 7 mph, then 4.2 @ 8 mph.  That's a fairly easy 7:30 pace.  I finished in time to stay up way too late watching dumb tv shows with my wife.

No mission call for my son today; next week for sure.  Daughter finds out about class officer elections today.  There is all manner of baited breath around here.

You have a child old enough to go on a mission? Sheesh I thought you were like 22!

I like your new long-term goal. Let me know your secret if you figure that one out. :) I'm thinking jogging stroller olympics is probably your best bet.

Tic Tacs are great for anchovie breath. That's my bait of choice. (buh dum dum). Waiting for a mission call and class officer elections. Tense! Good luck to each of them. Exciting times.

sounds like some excitement at your house! Good luck with all of it.

No call till next week, and the election was lost in a squeaker. Baited breath replaced by tears and more waiting.

Fun stuff, minus the election news. Good pickup. 7:30 pace feels fast most days, especially on the TM.
