| 9.5 total in the morning. We warmed up out towards Hidden Valley then over to Webb Hill for some hill repeats. We did 8x30 second repeats then cooled down back to the high school. I felt pretty good for our first workout of the season, and I wasn't very tired from the run on Saturday. More in the afternoon. Too hot.

| 9.5 easy this morning plus 8x100m barefoot strides on the turf. Jogged around for about another .5 mile at the kids camp afterwards.

| Met out at Warner Valley for our tempo run this morning. We went out on the dirt road for 3 miles and started our tempo on the way back. The run felt good, but I could definitely feel that I lost some endurance during track season. 7.25 in the morning according to Scott. More later with Darian. Still hot, but felt better than Monday.

| 10 miles out on the Gem trail for our adventure run this morning. We had some nice cloud cover so it wasn't too hot which was awesome. Pretty fun trail.

| 6 miles total this morning for the workout at the region course. We warmed up 2.5 miles and did a fartlek, 1,2,3,2,1 with equal recovery. Cooled down a mile afterward. I felt pretty good, and it was kind of fun to get back on the course again. Getting excited for the season.

| 16 miles up in Beaver again with Hannah, Anna, and Coach Thatcher. We headed east this time towards Mt. Baldy. Around 5000' of vertical, my legs felt great and I was able to move a lot faster than last week. Good run away from the heat to wrap up a good week of running.
