Race didn't go as well as I'd hoped, I was alright through 800m, about 2:12, but then my legs just died. I had no kick or anything and slowed to a 2:17 last 800. Strange that my legs were so tired because the past 2 days have been easy mileage.

| 800 today at Dixie. Didn't feel too bad from the race yesterday on the warm up which was good, but the race didn't go so well, like yesterday. Got out alright, and went through 400 in :58, a touch slower than I'd hoped, but okay. But the same thing happened with yesterday, my legs didn't have the kick in them that they usually have. Pretty crappy meet, but just one of those that you have to move on from and work toward the next.
