Snow Canyon today. Ran the 3200 with Sage and Bryson just to get some more experience if I run it at state. The weather was pretty nice for our race, not really windy, and a little cooler with the rain last night, so good conditions to run well. I took the spikes out of my racing shoes last night because I thought they would make my feet hurt more because it's a longer and slower race, but I didn't really think about the track being wet from the rain and the fact that the bottom of my spikes are pretty much all plastic, so I slipped a little at the start and got out bad and felt like I didn't have very good traction throughout the race, but it still went good. I was able to stick onto an Ogden guy who I felt like was going a good pace and then picked it up the last little bit. Ended up with a 9 second PR for 5th behind a bunch of Ogden dingos. On the cool down with Sage and Bryson, we found a little skate park and totally shredded for a little bit. #sk8ordie #shredthegnar
