No morning practice today. In the afternoon we did some repeats on the track (4x200m, 2x400m, 1x600m, 1x400, 2x200). It felt good to do some quicker stuff today, but I could tell that my legs haven't quite adjusted to doing these quicker intervals because they were pretty flat towards the end of the workout. Good workout though.
