3 real easy in the morning. Felt good.

Track workout in the afternoon. 4x200, 1x600, 1x400, 1x300, 1x200. Everything was at goal 800 pace except for the first 2 200s which were at 1600 pace. Really good effort for me today, and a great confidence booster going into BYU this weekend. I was able to hit the times, and hit the 600 time right on for the first time ever in practice. I've done this workout or something similar many times and that 600 is always the tough one, so this was a big workout for me. And I really felt it afterwards. Got super light headed and thought for sure I was going to throw up, but fortunately I didn't. #blessed
