3 in the morning to Hidden Valley.
Last workout on the region course in the afternoon. 2 mile warm up, 4x800 with 4x300m finishes. Pretty good workout. It was pretty hot outside today but focused on staying mentally tough during the workout, because I think I'm physically ready for region and state, but I have to really focus in mentally to accomplish my goals. 1 mile cool down. Tough workout today, good stuff.
