3 in the morning.
Workout in the afternoon. 4x200 pretty much at 1600 pace, 600 at 1600 pace, 600 at 800 pace, 2x300 finishes. Good workout, the wind wasn't too bad but it was flippin' hawt. Was able to hit my times, so it was a good confidence booster for the 800. I just hit a little speed bump at Dixie and I'm moving past it.
