3 in the morning. In the afternoon I was going to do 8-12x400s in spikes at 3200 pace to get ready for Thursday but I only did 4 because my calf was really starting to hurt, so I just got back into my trainers and jogged around the track until the other guys finished up. Pretty frustrating to have to drop out of a workout when I've been healthy all season, but I'd rather ease it back a little bit than make it worse and have to be out for longer.
