3 easy in the morning to the bridge.
Went to Little Valley park in the afternoon for the workout. 6x800 w/2:30 recovery, 4x400 w/equal recovery. It was hot, but I felt good. Good workout from the guys today. Then I went to the region course to watch the rest of the team run in the Dixie Invite. Brutal course, but they all toughed it out. Good stuff.
