2 mile warm up then a fartlek workout, 10x1:00 hard w/equal recovery. Cooled down to get to 7. After that I went and ran with the McPhies and Dallin to get our afternoon run done, 3 miles easy. I felt pretty good for the whole run. We saw a dog eating a bunch of ramen noodles all over the road so that was pretty interesting. They must've fallen out of the back of someone's car or something. However it happened, there's a college student somewhere in St. George that is starving because of it.
