I love mornings after the rain! So dang refreshing. Mara and I ran to the base of Ricks Creek Waterfall. I took over a week off of running to let the extensor tendonitis in the right foot heal. (I did plenty of yoga, lifting and body weight exercises.) The foot did really well, but got a little tender toward the end. I loosened my mid foot laces today and that helped. Just need to concentrate on relaxing that foot! Felt so amazing to get out in the mountains and run! HAPPY!!
