Wednesday night, yoga night! Align and Flow Moon Salutations for 1.25
hrs and then YTT for another 2 hrs. It sounds so peaceful saying it
that way, but it was INTENSE. It wasn't my most mindful and present
practice, but it was good. By the end of YTT my hips were DONE. Awesome.
I was able to accomplish Hanumanasana (splits) on both sides. I can
drop into a dance split at any moment, but the hips have to be squared
off in this pose, so it took some work to align correctly and get down! Took a break from the morning run so that warlordblade could go to 7 am Jiu Jitsu.
