I spent Satuday and Sunday stressing out about my calf. I stretched, iced, rolled and wore compressing socks. I decided this morning that I would try running on the treadmill and if I felt any pain at all I would stop and get on the elliptical. Luckily I was able to run 7 easy miles without any pain. My calf is sore when I touch it and I feel a little bit of "something" every once in a while when I walk. It does hurt a to stand on my tippy toes. That makes me wonder if downhill will hurt. I was hoping to run Mt. Nebo in less than 2 weeks. That may be out unless I'm completely pain free.
