The group was meeting at SJ soccer fields. Jeff and I got there at the same time and warmed up for 15 minutes. When the group got there, we did another short warm up. Then we ran 2 x 3 miles loops with a recovery in between.
The first 3 mile loop we started South into the wind. I stayed with the speedy people for the first mile but I couldn't hang with them for the next two miles. 7:09, 7:28 (mostly uphill), and 7:08.
The next loop we started North. I was definitely slower this time. 7:59, 7:25, and 7:35.
My left calf has a dull ache and it hurts to touch. I've been having this pain since during the run on Tuesday. It makes me way nervous.
