I met the group at the SJ soccer fields this morning. I ran 4 warm up miles. Then we did 4 x 1 mile repeats with a 1/2 mile recovery after each one. Those times were 7:04, 7:11, 7:00, and 7:10. Then I cooled down until I hit 11 miles. Taylor ran with the BBKs for the first time. I think she liked it but she hated getting up so early. |
