I met the group at the Daybreak temple.  I did the 3 early miles.  Cheryl was in charge today.  We ran 10 min with some speed thrown in there.  Then she took us to the trail for the "perverted workout".  After several .4 mile repeats on the hilly trail, we ran a 1 mile repeat on the road.  I'm not sure of my pace, but when I looked down it was always under 7:00 pace.  We finished with some hill work.  Thanks Cheryl for the fun workout.  My butt was sore from the hills.

Wow you are so fast. I could never do a 7 minute pace even when I was younger.
