The plan was to run 10 miles this morning. At about 3.5 miles in I fell. I tripped on a raised part of the sidewalk and fell hard onto the road. I jammed my big toe and scrapped up my left knee, shoulder and palm. There were a ton of cars around, so I jumped up quickly and kept going. I ended up cutting the run short. I hate when I fall. The older I get the longer it takes for my body to recover.
