My legs were a little tired. I did a 2 mile warm up, 5 miles a little faster but not as fast I wanted, and 2 miles of recovery. My splits were 9:37, 9:37, 8:04, 8:04, 8:19, 8:09, 7:59, 8:46, and 8:48. I was supposed to run the middle 5 at 1/2 marathon pace, but I couldn't quite get there. |
