General aerobic run. Average pace 8:36. My legs felt heavy and bloated. It took me about 4 miles to start feeling good. I've been retaining a lot of water in my feet, ankles and calves. Miles were 9:29, 8:47, 8:41, 8:29, 8:19, 8:40, 8:31, 8:21, 8:18, and 8:19. |
