Met the group at the West Riverfront parking lot. First 4.5 miles were an easy warm up at an 8:50 pace. Then we did 1 miles repeats up and down Parkway Palisades with a short recovery on the side street. I did 3 of the mile repeats, then I ran to the bathroom, came back and did one more, then ran back to my car. I didn't do a very good job keeping track of my repeats, but I'm happy with where I was compared to the where the speedy people in the group were. |
