9.75 miles - 2 mile warmup - 6 x 800s - 2 x 200s - cool down. I feel really good about this workout. I planned on doing 6 x 800s and doing the first one at a 5:45 pace and then doing each one 0:05 faster. I was stoked to pull this off. After those I decided to do a couple 200s to just rock at full speed for a bit.
