Tyler had a 2 hour run planned in his training schedule and asked me to join. Was fun to get out early with him and run the streets of South Jordan. Clear morning with a great sunrise. I have not run that far at that pace in a while. Legs were pretty tight by the end.

9 with Fritz, Daniel, and Andrew from HHS. Was good to run with the crew again from Highland south through the mortuary etc. Good to catch up and I look forward to doing it more now that it is a little more convenient because of where my office is. Hoping to move back this direction sometime this year.

Was happy to clip off a few faster miles and I felt good.
