I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Warmed up to the Orem high track 3.4 where I met Rebecca, Desi, Ericka, and Mary. My wo was 6x800 with 400 rest at 5k pace (3:05-3:08). Rebecca did these with me and the rest did 400's. 2:58 a little fast, 3:06, 3:08, 3:04, 3:02, 3:05 on my own for the last one and was tired but finished the work out so was happy. Then ran home. |

| Met McKenzie early at the payson pool and we ran around town then came back and pool ran with Holly. It was nice and reminded me of the good old times with Michelle. |
