I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Jade went into surgery today so up early and ran a very hard ( meaning I had high anxiety so I felt awful) 10 miles. I think I stopped every 2 miles.

| Life is crazy right now so I was happy I felt decent on this workout because yesterday was not a good feeling run. Met Rabecca and Janae at Kneaders and we ran 3 miles up the canyon then turned and did 3x2 miles at HMP with half mile recovery. I was behind the girls but I'm ok with that, I still had a good solid workout and finished feeling good. 1st set (most aided) 6:17, 6:20. 2nd set 6:17, 6:24. 3rd (started at the bottom of center st hill and went up then turned and went down finishing at wills) 6:40, 6:30. Then finished with the last 1/2 mile strong at 6:20 pace. 12 miles@7:22 avg pace

| 20 super sucky miles on the UVM course. This course chewed me up and spit me out or maybe it was the headwind rain, and cold temps, or maybe it was the emotional stress I've been under, or maybe it was my SI joint pain due to starting my period, or maybe it's the higher mileage, or maybe....... But I had a sucky run. My body just didn't corporate and it totally shut down the last couple miles. 7:30 avg pave
