Have fun and enjoy the process Personal: I am married with 3 lovely children 26, 18, &12and a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| I'm getting slowe and slower:( my legs are so tired I'm ready for a break. I need to remember 12-14 weeks is plenty of time to train for a marathon....not 18! Ok that said I met Amber to do the downhill repeats, my quads have nothing in them no push and my ankles are sore. We did TV 6:10, RC 6:15, and MTC 6:08. I really hope my legs get some life in them to run a half way decent marathon-meaning 3:10-3:20. I would be happy with that
