I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it! |

| Ran 7 with the dog, started at will's and went up the path. Was a nice morning, a little wind going up but felt perfect coming down. avg. pace 8:20 Came home and did the elliptical for 30 mins and abs/back. | |

| Had a good run today. Started at Will's and ran up towards the canyon, decided to do some sort of tempo on the way down. Wasn't sure how this would work (haven't done anything fast for about 6 months). I started kind of half hearted but after the first mile I thought Hey I can do this. The plan was to do a 3 mile tempo at about 7:30's. This is what happened- warmed up for 3 miles 1- 7:21 2- 7:01 3- 6:58 Felt pretty good but was tired when I finished, cooled down for a mile. Then went to the gym and lifted lower/upper and abs/back. | |

| Took my dog out in the rain for an easy run. The rain was really light didn't even notice it with my hat on. Came home and did 25 mins on the bike and 15 on the elliptical. 39:08/8:45 | |

| Decided to do my long run today, I am flying out tomorrow to Hawaii:) Started at Will's and went up to Bridal Vail falls and back. Felt good, low back a little sore but nothing to worry about. Was tired after 9.5 but still managed to stay under 8's till the end. 1:38:11/8:11 | |
