I am married with 3 lovely children 29, 21, 15 a dog named Koda and a cat named Blue. Love to run and be outside. I believe that if you think you can do it and you work hard enough any thing is possible. Life flashes by in the blink of an eye, enjoy it while it last and remember there is a lot more to life than running. I coach high school swim and love it!

Early run by myself. My husband keeps needing to leave earlier for work which is fine. I just got spoiled for a while not having to be home until 7:30. Having to be home at 6:45 makes it harder to meet people so I just get up and so it myself. I would have ran while Gauge was in preschool but I just found out my daughter has a field trip today and I am not sure if they got a wheel chair accessable bus, why don't people realize if you have a kid in a wheelchair you are going to need a wheelchair bus to transport her. Oh well she's going to a new school this year and it took her old one a while to figure that one out as well, even with me reminding them. So any who I was sure if I would be able to get my run in later so I got up and ran early.

Not feeling the hotest this week, I think I am tried from last week and my certain monthly visitor has come for the week. That always makes me alittle more tired.

Perhaps you are also tired because a race is coming up? I tend to have some tiredness, probably psychologically based, before a race. Hope your monthly visitor doesn't stay long!

Was just looking at your running PRs and had to say , WOW! And I hope everything with the bus got figured out okay. Maybe a nice round in the hot tub / bubble bath will help with some of the aches and tiredness? I always find if I soak my legs the night before and night after a race my soreness and fatigue is cut at least in half.

I agree with MichelleL, thinking about a race can be stressful and tiring! You are amazing to get up early and go by yourself! Thats hard to do.When are you headed down to SG? I will have to look for you at the start on Sat. Good luck!

James-I still do alittle bit, I cut way back after I had my son and I am having a hard time wanting to work again. But I do a couple a week.

Benn-They didn't have the bus, which I expected. People just don't get it.

The hot tub sound nice I usually sit in one after I swim.

Marcie-I am coming down on friday night, I'll look for you too. And Good luck as well. Just remember to have fun and the rest will follow.

Michelle- thanks for the support you are awsome! and thanks for letting me tag along. Let me know what you are doing on monday I will probably join you guys.
