Day 3 my foot actually feels some what better, hmmmm.
will continue with all the thing I'm doing. I have found and awesome way to stretch it that is making a huge difference. I'll post it on my blog.
meet Janae and Candice at the pool and pool ran for 75 mins then I swam 5 laps it felt great. Sometimes I wish I was a really good swimmer. It's so fun to glide through the water, no impact, lungs working hard.
