Didn't think I would get out today, my husband is gone but my lovely sister came over at 6 am so I could go out. Now it's her turn. Just did an easy out and back form my house by myself. Felt better than I did all this week but still not the best. For some reason I feel kind of like I have anxiety only when i run, I can't breath very well and my heart rate feels super high. I have no idea why? Sciatic was there at about 7.5 but not bad. 1:23:14/8:19 Hope I start feeling better this summer is flying by and I would like to start training hard.
