My whole hip/hammy/sciatic thing was very sore yesterday, I did all the usually working it out, scraping and such and it does feel better today. Man I wish I could just run and not hurt though, it is really a bummer not to be able to run and race like I want to. I am starting to think there is something seriously wrong with me that will never be better and marathoning will not be in my future for to much longer. did pilates legs and stretching. MV
