Today we did a hill work out. Ryan wanted us to slow the hills down a little bit but I did not end up slowing down. I got 2:13, 2:23, 2:24, 2:22. I went out to fast on the first one so I got a little tired on the others. After we did the hill work out we went up the rest of the hill that we do the hill workout on. I had never been up the rest of the hill but once we got up there I regonized that it was by my friends old house. We then ran back to the school. 55 minutes. 7:57 average mile pace.
