70 minutes aquajogging today. 10 minute warm, 1,1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1,1 with equal recovery. It was rlly hard, 6ish cool. I thought I liked aquajogging alright, but it’s a whole different experience when you’re the only person in the pool for over an hour lol
There were no belts so I did it he majority of it just holding a kick board. I tried the first one minutes with nothing and tried to hold myself up and it Was so difficult. After about 30 seconds of the second one, I thought I was gonna drown so I stuck with the kickboard.
