AM- 2 Mile shakeout
PM- 1.5 Mile warm and drills and then race. We started out very very slow. Like I was leading the first lap and then with 3 laps to go everyone went. I felt ok, but it wasn’t the best ended up 5:19 converted, which isn’t bad and Is pretty consistent so I can’t complain. Ps i wasn’t last and I was seeded last out of every person so that was good. Can’t complain for my first indoor szn ever. Cooled a mile and will finish mileage in a bit
