18.25 miles in 2:13:00 3 mile w/u, switched to my flats and ran 1 more warm up mile 4 miles@ 6:58 pace 4 miles @ 6:53 pace 4 miles @ 6:49 pace 2 miles @ 6:44 pace .25 mile c/d My aerobic fitness felt good during the run, last 2 miles were challenging, but my left foot/ankle was hurting for the last 8 miles or so. Hurts a bit post run, but no swelling yet. I am icing it and will take a salt bath later. |
