PM- 12.5 mile run in Denver just as the sun set and into the dark.  Ran from my parents to Chatfield Reservoir to South Platte River, then up the river trail to Bowles Ave and home. Almost all of it was on paved or dirt bike path, one great thing about Denver.  And I love the Platte River trail- they decided to put an 8 ft paved bike trail with a 6 ft dirt trail right next to it- genius.  I love running on the dirt trail, especially at night.  I ran near a big pack of coyotes howling at the moon- cool.  Only saw 3 people all run.  I was good despite the chilly, windy temps, though should have warn my warmer gloves.  Great night, good run- first time I felt a little spunk in my legs in a week.  About 7:30 avg for the run.

70 days...

Sounded like my kind of run. Very cool. Paved and dirt trail? Someone in Colorado is carefully listening to both runners and bikers.

Sounds like a good run. Amazing that you already have spunk in your legs after the R2R2R. I'm assuming 70 d is until the 100-miler?

Yes, Adam.
