PM- Paris Mtn with Barry, Aaron, and Lynn.  Cool temps (50 at the finish) and partly in the dark.  11 miles in 1:54 with 1400 ft climb.  It's my last PM Thursday night run for a while as PM will be open after 6 pm only on Tuesdays once we hit daylight savings, and I have Scouts on Tuesday.

One of the strangest things that has ever happened to me on a run occured today.  While running far from a trailhead, a young guy (maybe 18 years old?) wearing cargo pants and long sleeve shirt came running up behind me, breathing loudly and taking very long steps.  He started passing me on the rocky, technical trail.  Just as he drew even with me, he pulled a pamphlet out of his pocket and asked, "Would you like a religious tract?"  Shocked, I quickly declined his offer, saying I didn't want to carry anything.  He then passed the others in my group, also offering a pamphlet to Aaron, before quickly disappearing into the distance.  Just strange, everything about it.

Did you stumble onto some secret enclave in the woods?
