AM- To all of you snow-bound folks in Idaho, Utah, and Colorado... I enjoyed my 6 miles on the beach today in 70 deg weather, running on Isle of Palms, Mt. Pleasant, SC, just outside Charleston.  Beautiful, sunny 75 deg weather yesterday, and 77 deg for today.

In case you're wondering if garmin elevation profiles are accurate... here's proof towards the negative.  I was on the beach, not 60 ft under water...

The snow was great this morning. Was your garmin at least accurate on the elevation changes, even if the absolute value was incorrect?

Jon, having lived in Logan you will appreciate... just over the mtn to the south in Eden, we have had about 17-18inches since yesterday... absolute winter wonderland up here..

It's a skier's paradise right now. Too bad I don't ski like I used to. But my treadmill has shipped and will hopefully arrive this week.

Jason- no, I was running on the flat beach the whole time. No elevation changes over 2-3 feet.

Paul- did you win your 8th treadmill? Or did you buy one? What's the story?

Wow - that's terrible.

Oh, that sounds sweet! Don't think I won't rub it in this spring when it's 75 degrees and 5% humidity here and 95 degrees with 95% humidity there. ha! Oh, and maybe your Garmin thought you were snokeling, being in the beach and all.

That garmin graph is disturbing.

I admit, I'm jealous of your warm temps. I hope its nice in Charlotte next Saturday!
