I have five cute kids. And I have some rockin short green racing shorts- I wear them mainly because it embarrasses my wife so much. I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos!   And I have the absolute best wife in the world.  And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!

AM- 12 on the Santa Ana river (concrete spillway) trail.  Not the nicest run ever, but it was a run.  About 7:25 avg pace.  Ended up missing a few runs this week with all that was happening (vaseline, travel), but 82 is still decent.  Not the 90+ I hoped for, but oh well.  It is what it is.  I just want all the stinking snow from the past month to melt up in the high country.

I agree. I can't wait til that snow melts. There are some trails above 8,000 ft that have been calling my name.

it's still a solid week, and you've got to get a kick out of any time you can cite vaseline as a limiting factor.
