Today I ran 4 miles. The times for each mile are 7:14, 7:15, 7:10, 6:49. At 2 miles I saw a hellicopter fly about 70 meters above me. Then I sped up to about 6:40 pace. But I got a side ache so I slowed down. My total time was 28:28.
