Treadmill - 38:20

Mostly easy with a half mile pickup at MP.

Didn't get a run in Sunday or Monday....can't go back to my slacker ways.

Cassia Park + Hillcrest Loop - 1:04

Did a progression run. Started with a 7:50 and worked it down to 6:19 and 6:13 for miles 7 & 8 before a cooldown mile. Not an easy effort tonight. I had to work for it.

1.5 mile wo; 5k tempo on the track; 1.5 mile wd

Watched most of the state meet tonight and there were some great performances. Had a bit of time before it got dark and I wanted to do something a little bit up tempo, so I did a LT at the Borah track. Splits were 6:12, 6:08 and 5:51 (41 last 200m) for an 18:53. I was happy that this felt so easy.

Middle Fork Rd + Smith Creek - 59:35

It had been raining all day, and it wasn't letting up, so I just headed out anyway. During the course of the run, it turned from rain to sleet to snow with huge flakes. Wow. I went about a mile up Smith Creek and gained a little over 500', but it got too steep for my limited fitness, so I went back down and went up the Middle Fork Rd a bit.

Despite being frozen, it was a nice run.
