A.M. - 4 mile warmup; 7 x 1K; 1.5 mile warmdown
Did some 1000m repeats around Englefield Greens. Still sick and was not on my "A" game, but feeling much better than yesterday. Averaged around 3:55 (6:22/mile pace) with about 1 minute recoveries. Giant blister on my heel when done - new shoes.
