3 mile wo, 3.5 mile tempo run, 1 mile wd
Pretty good tempo run at 9 a.m. Stiff at first, but worked into it. Mile splits of 5:56, 5:41, 5:38 and 2:49 (half mile) for a 5:44/mile average. Felt pretty decent; recovered quick.
