1 mile warmup; 3 x 1 mile tempo; 1 mile warmdown
Only had 35 minutes between work and dinner plans, so I hurried to the Borah track to do the first tempo workout on the schedule. Tables called for 6:25 pace for the miles, which was really easy. When I do 5 x 1 mile in a few weeks that will be a better challenge, but today I did 6:22, 6:21 and 6:19 with 200 meter jogs in 1:00.
