A.M. - Run to work - 24:41

Just a basic run to work at a shade under 8:00/mile pace.

P.M. - Run home - 23:30

Ran home on the canals. Felt ok.

P.M.II - Camelsback trails - 43:11

Last minute run with Mat and the Ten Toes club. Part of it on some cool trails I'd never been on before. A headlamp would have been nice, but with Mat in front and Alan Newton right behind I could see ok. Hard effort with all the hills (and my 3rd run of the day - as many runs as last week, I think).

Nice week of running. I love running in Boise, so many good trails and pathways (and warmer weather!). Alan Newton, huh? He is a really good runner.

Keep up the good work.
