1 mile wo; 2 x 400, 4 miles steady, 2 x 400; 1 mile wd
Was going to run long this afternoon, but only had about an hour, so I did something a little shorter but more quality. Ran down to the Borah track and did the workout.
400s: 1:21, 1:21; 4 miles marathon pace - 25:29 (6:22/mile); 400s: 1:20, 1:18. Took 400m jogs between the 400s and after the 4 mile run. Pretty good workout for me right now. |
